About this vacancy
As an HSE Adviser at Gpi Tanks XL, you advise employees and managers on Health, Safety & Environment within Gpi XL and Gpi Process Technology. You conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections, support audits and contribute to maintaining and improving the HSE system and safety awareness.
What will you do?
- Advising employees and managers on HSE matters
- Conducting risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Supporting audits
- Investigating incidents and near misses
- Maintaining and improving HSE procedures, work instructions and records
- Organising and delivering toolbox meetings and safety instructions
- Supporting the development of HSE policy and the ISO system
- Working with production, engineering, HR and QA/QC on HSE matters
What do they ask?
- You have completed a relevant qualification, such as Integral Safety Management or MVK, or an equivalent qualification
- Preferably, you have experience in a technical or industrial environment
- You can translate legislation, risks and policy into practical measures
- You can positively engage employees and managers in working safely
- You work independently and proactively and are not afraid to take decisive action
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
