About this vacancy
The KAM Coordinator determines the direction for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment within two technical business units of Synsel Techniek. The role combines policy advice with organising audits, quality checks, investigations into non-conformities and supporting improvements.
What will you do?
- Translating the strategic KAM direction into policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Advising management on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental matters.
- Acting as the point of contact for KAM matters.
- Organising and supporting audits.
- Carrying out project quality checks.
- Investigating non-conformities and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Managing the KAM employee.
- Supporting project teams with quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- An affinity with safety, engineering and sustainability.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for interests and relationships.
- An independent, structured and proactive approach to work.
- Experience with process improvement, change management or improvement programmes is an advantage.
- Command of the Dutch language.
