About this vacancy
As QHSE Coordinator at Synsel Techniek, you will provide direction on quality, working conditions and the environment within two technical business units. You will translate QHSE policy into practical processes, support audits, investigate non-conformities and advise management on improvements.
What will you do?
- Determine the strategic direction for QHSE and translate it into policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Advise management on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for QHSE-related questions.
- Organise and support audits.
- Carry out project quality inspections.
- Investigate non-conformities and monitor follow-up actions.
- Support project teams with quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
- Manage one QHSE employee.

- You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- You have an affinity with safety, technology and sustainability.
- You communicate easily and take account of interests and relationships within the organisation.
- You work independently, systematically and proactively.
- You feel at home in a down-to-earth working environment.
- Experience with process improvement, change management or organising improvement programmes is an advantage.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
