Synsel Techniek is looking for a QHSE Coordinator for a technical company in Yerseke. You will develop, implement and monitor policies for quality, working conditions and the environment, maintain the BRL manual, and carry out audits and workplace inspections.
What will you do?
- Drawing up, implementing and maintaining the BRL manual.
- Drawing up, updating and monitoring the RI&E.
- Carrying out internal and external VCA audits.
- Translating audit findings into improvement actions and follow-up plans.
- Carrying out periodic workplace inspections.
- Coordinating with field-based and office colleagues on risks and improvements.
- Translating standards and legislation into practical measures.
- Supporting improvement projects within the organisation.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) background in technical business administration, quality management or safety science.
- At least five years’ relevant experience in the technical sector.
- Demonstrable experience in the installation industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, NEN 3140, NEN 2767, BRL 6000, occupational health and safety legislation, and CE-related standards.
- Experience in drawing up and maintaining BRL manuals.
- Experience in carrying out an RI&E and coordinating workplace inspections.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and empathy.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
