About this vacancy
The Quality Coordinator works within a compact QHSE team on quality and process control in a technical environment in Hoogezand. You design and maintain management systems, carry out audits, support external audits and report on KPIs and improvement measures to the Operations Manager and management.
What will you do?
- Designing, maintaining and assessing management systems and quality processes.
- Planning and carrying out internal audits.
- Preparing action-oriented audit reports and management reviews.
- Supporting external audits.
- Preparing and monitoring KPIs and measurable objectives.
- Analysing results and reporting to the Operations Manager and management.
- Preparing and following up on improvement plans and corrective measures.
- Working with operational teams to implement improvements in practice.

- You have demonstrable experience in setting up and maintaining management systems in a technical environment.
- You have practical experience in planning, carrying out and reporting on internal and external audits.
- You have analytical insight into process improvement.
- You have experience in defining and following up on KPIs.
- You work independently and as part of a team.
- You communicate clearly with operations and management.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- No minimum educational qualification is required and you are proficient in Dutch.
