The Quality and Process Improvement Manager develops, implements and monitors the quality policy of Dura Vermeer Bouw & Vastgoed Utrecht. You support and carry out audits, work with the FLOW management system and initiate improvement projects for consistent and efficient working methods.
What will you do?
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the quality policy.
- Supporting and carrying out audits.
- Analysing audit findings and formulating improvement actions.
- Increasing awareness of quality, sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Analysing and optimising existing processes.
- Initiating improvement projects.
- Further developing and implementing consistent working methods using the FLOW management system.
- Advising and connecting management, project teams and support departments.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, acquired through education and/or work experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality management, KAM, process improvement or continuous improvement.
- Preferably experience within the construction, property or project-based environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, audits and relevant standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or comparable improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect different organisational levels.
- You live in the Netherlands and have a good command of the Dutch language.
