About this vacancy
As QHSE Manager at Synsel Techniek, you formulate, implement and safeguard QHSE policy within a technical organisation in Utrecht. You develop HSE and Q monitoring plans, support internal and external audits, and advise the board, managers and project teams on QHSE and compliance.
What will you do?
- Formulating, implementing and safeguarding QHSE policy
- Translating QHSE policy into practical measures
- Supporting employees and managers in implementing new policy
- Developing HSE and Q monitoring plans in accordance with legislation and regulations, standards and contractual requirements
- Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits
- Supporting audits at (sub)contractors
- Advising the board, BU managers, project managers and engineers on QHSE
- Monitoring national and international compliance
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in a technical, business administration or similar field and/or MVK/HVK
- At least five years’ relevant work experience in technical project organisations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10005 and VCA
- Experience in drafting policy documents
- Experience in organising and supporting external audits
- Experience in implementing QHSE measures
- Natural authority, personal leadership qualities and the ability to build connections
- Willingness to travel regularly between three locations in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad; good command of English
