About this vacancy
As a QHSE Coordinator, you will support, monitor and improve quality, safety, health and the environment within an internationally oriented technical organisation in Dordrecht. You will manage the quality management system, guide audits and help the organisation to further structure its processes, certifications and improvement measures.
What will you do?
- Managing and improving the quality management system.
- Monitoring ISO 9001, VCA, occupational health and safety, and corporate social responsibility.
- Guiding external audits.
- Following up on improvement points, NCRs and, where necessary, RCAs.
- Increasing safety awareness within the organisation.
- Advising management and colleagues on QHSE issues.
- Keeping procedures, manuals, Service Bulletins and other quality documentation up to date.
- Supporting colleagues with daily questions about quality and safety.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- A safety qualification, such as MVK, IVK or V-KAM.
- At least 2 years’ experience in QHSE, KAM or safety.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, VCA, and quality and safety processes.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
