The Senior HSEQ Business Partner Projects works within a VINCI Energies business unit specialising in industrial insulation. The role focuses on the operation and further development of the HSEQ management system, audits, incident investigations, risk management and structural improvement within projects.
What will you do?
- Assessing HSE plans, RI&E’s and TRA’s for quality, completeness and applicability.
- Leading incident investigations and ensuring that improvement measures are implemented.
- Carrying out internal, external and supplier audits and inspections.
- Analysing KPIs, incidents and trends and translating these into management information and improvement actions.
- Advising on compliance, risk management and process improvement.
- Fulfilling the role of Prevention Officer.
- Acting as the subject-matter point of contact for project-based safety professionals.
- Representing the business unit in HSEQ meetings and contributing to the VINCI Energies Nederland HSEQ network.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- Completed Higher Safety Engineering (HVK) or NEBOSH qualification.
- Extensive experience as an HSEQ Business Partner, safety professional or adviser in a technical or project environment.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; knowledge of the Safety Culture Ladder is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental legislation, VCA and risk management.
- Ability to translate data, audits and incidents into concrete improvement actions.
- You work independently, take clear positions and challenge management and project teams on matters of substance.
- You are available for 36 to 40 hours per week and willing to be present at projects throughout the Netherlands.
