About this vacancy
As a QHSE Coordinator, you will work in Drachten on developing, implementing and monitoring the KAM policy for two locations. You will combine quality, working conditions and the environment with tasks relating to occupational health and safety policy, risk assessment, incident investigations, certificates and environmental permits.
What will you do?
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the KAM policy
- Coordinating practical occupational health and safety policy with the HR manager and acting as the prevention officer for both locations
- Managing the risk assessment and coordinating the action plan
- Registering hazardous substances
- Reporting on safety, health and the environment
- Conducting incident investigations
- Advising the management and supervisors and working with the PVT
- Managing certificates, complaints, improvement actions and environmental permits
What do they ask?
- You have at least a completed secondary vocational education (MBO) level 4 qualification, preferably in KAM or safety
- A higher professional education (HBO) level is specified in the vacancy
- You can translate policy into practice
- You are persuasive and motivating
- You have experience in stakeholder management
- You can ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- You are committed and enjoy working together to build a strong safety culture
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
