The QHSE Coordinator monitors and improves quality, safety and the environment within a production environment in Meppel. The role involves carrying out internal audits, preparing for external audits, implementing control measures and supporting improvement projects. The organisation works with production, engineering, management, external auditors and suppliers in this respect.
What will you do?
- Monitor and improve quality, safety and the environment
- Carry out internal audits and prepare for external audits
- Develop and implement control measures and procedures
- Support production in addressing non-conformities
- Participate in improvement projects
- Prepare reports and management information for management
- Provide training and raise awareness among employees
- Coordinate with external auditors and suppliers and support corrective measures
What do they ask?
- Secondary vocational or higher professional education (MBO or HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or safety-related field
- Demonstrable experience with QHSE tasks and carrying out audits
- Practical knowledge of risk assessments and preparing control measures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams
- Fluent in Dutch
