As a QHSE Coordinator at a manufacturing organisation in Veendam, you will strengthen the KAM policy and safeguard quality and safety measures. You will work independently and advise operations, engineering and management on processes, audits, incidents and improvement measures.
What will you do?
- Developing and managing KAM policy and procedures
- Carrying out internal audits
- Guiding external audits
- Analysing incidents
- Drawing up improvement measures
- Supporting departments in complying with laws and regulations
- Reporting on KAM performance
- Monitoring KPIs

- Secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
- Affinity with KAM topics
- Experience with KAM activities
- Experience with internal audits
- Good communication skills
- Good reporting skills
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
