Synsel Techniek is recruiting a QHSE Engineer in Drachten for a production environment. You will safeguard and optimise processes relating to quality, health, safety and the environment, carry out internal checks, and support audits and improvement actions.
What will you do?
- Drawing up and maintaining safety, quality and environmental procedures
- Supporting production and engineering in complying with procedures and legislation
- Carrying out internal audits
- Supporting improvement actions
- Analysing incidents and proposing solutions
- Reporting deviations
- Maintaining quality and safety records
- Preparing reports and monitoring relevant KPIs
What do they ask?
- You have completed a relevant qualification at secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) level
- You have at least two years’ work experience in a similar position or with similar duties
- You have knowledge of quality and safety management
- You have experience with audits
- You have good communication and advisory skills
- You are proficient in Dutch
