The QHSE Manager works for an international industrial family-owned business in Eindhoven and is responsible for the quality policy and the further professionalisation of the quality management system. You will support internal and external audits, initiate improvement projects, advise the management team and the board of directors, and manage three quality employees.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for the quality policy and the development of the quality management system
- Support internal and external audits, report findings and follow up on action points
- Initiate improvement projects and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Advise the management team and the board of directors on quality-related matters
- Reformulate quality procedures and work instructions together with the work preparation department
- Monitor compliance with the quality assurance system
- Allocate activities within the quality department
- Manage three quality employees and participate in the Management Team
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or a comparable technical field
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality management in a production or industrial environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of quality management systems
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, root cause analyses and continuous improvement
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Communicative, committed and accurate
