The QHSE Manager develops and implements QESH policy at a manufacturing company in the manufacturing industry that produces and supplies materials and products for flooring. The role focuses on internal audits, risk analyses, safety and environmental projects, certification and promoting safe and sustainable behaviour.

- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards and legislation relating to the environment and sustainability
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to promote behavioural change
- Experience in a management role
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Knowledge of German or English is an advantage
