About this vacancy
As a QHSE Manager, you will work for a manufacturing company in Hoek van Holland, setting up, maintaining and optimising the management system for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment. You will carry out internal audits, support customer and accreditation audits, and promote improvements in safety and quality.
What will you do?
- Setting up, maintaining and optimising the management system for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment
- Developing and maintaining documents and procedures
- Registering and handling complaints
- Monitoring corrective measures
- Carrying out internal audits
- Supporting customer and accreditation audits
- Chairing the safety council and improvement teams
- Updating the RI&E and acting as the prevention officer and point of contact for safety
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least five years’ experience in maintaining, improving and implementing management systems and associated documents
- Knowledge of ISO 19001 and ISO 14001
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch and English
- German is an advantage
- Strong social and communication skills
- An analytical, pragmatic and independent working attitude, with an eye for teamwork
