About this vacancy
The QHSE Manager works for a manufacturing company in the packaging industry in Rijssen. You are responsible for continuously improving quality, safety, health and environmentally conscious working practices, and for promoting a food safety culture. You maintain the company management system, manage the RIE and conduct and support internal and external audits.
What will you do?
- Maintaining and optimising the company management system
- Managing the RIE and dealing with action points
- Promoting a food safety culture
- Advising management on QHSE policy
- Conducting and supporting internal and external audits
- Managing the quality officer and laboratory technician
- Drawing up and managing the energy efficiency plan
- Drawing up and managing the emergency plan and the annual safety objectives
What do they ask?
- Demonstrable work experience as a QHSE Manager or QHSE Engineer
- Experience maintaining company management systems
- Experience managing an RIE
- Experience conducting and supporting internal and external audits
- Demonstrable management experience supervising a quality officer and laboratory technician
- Strong communication skills
- Results-oriented approach to work
- Higher professional education (HBO) qualification and command of the Dutch language
