About this vacancy
As a QHSE Manager, you will develop and implement QHSE policy and safeguard quality, safety and the environment within the organisation. You will maintain the quality management system, carry out risk analyses and coordinate audits and certifications. You will be based in Zaltbommel and will be present one day per week at the logistics centre in Pelt, Belgium.
What will you do?
- Strategically coordinate and implement QHSE policy
- Set up, maintain and lead the quality management system
- Support quality improvement projects
- Shape and implement CSRD programmes
- Carry out and chair risk analyses
- Implement preventive measures
- Coordinate audits and certifications
- Report on compliance to management and auditors
What do they ask?
- Higher professional or academic education (HBO or WO) in a technical field, preferably Safety Science or Technical Business Administration
- At least five years of relevant work experience in QHSE roles
- Experience with quality management systems
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including CSRD, CE, REACH, biocides, ISPM and FSC
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Results-oriented and communicatively skilled
- Willing to be present in Pelt one day per week
- You are proficient in Dutch
