The QHSE Manager is responsible for quality within a factory in Zeewolde and translates central QA policy into local practice. You lead the QA and QC team, develop the quality system and coordinate audits and compliance with quality requirements.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for quality within the factory
- Translate central QA policy into local practice
- Lead and coach the QA and QC team
- Develop and implement a future-proof quality system
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor compliance with quality systems, standards and customer requirements
- Analyse and improve QA and QC processes, procedures and work instructions
- Work with QA managers, production and the technical services department
What do they ask?
- You have completed higher professional education (HBO) or university education, preferably in food technology, food science and technology, business administration or a comparable field
- You have at least three years’ experience in a managerial position within quality assurance
- Preferably, you have experience in the food industry
- You have knowledge of and experience with IFS, BRC or FSSC22000
- You are familiar with relevant laws and regulations
- You communicate effectively in Dutch and English
- You are an energetic, connecting and results-oriented personality
