TP&T (Tor Processing & Trade) is looking for a QHSE Manager with overall responsibility for QHSE policy and the quality management system. You will manage and develop ISO-certified quality systems, oversee audits and promote quality and safety improvements within the production organisation.
What will you do?
- Be responsible for QHSE policy and the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Manage, maintain and further develop ISO-certified quality systems.
- Prepare, oversee and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive measures.
- Identify quality risks and implement improvement actions.
- Advise the Production Manager on quality issues and process improvements.
- Maintain contact with certification bodies, customers and suppliers regarding quality.
- Report QHSE results to management and the board of directors, and chair and prepare management reviews.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- Demonstrable QHSE experience in a production environment.
- Experience with ISO certifications.
- Knowledge of and experience with IATF 16949 is a strong advantage.
- Experience in conducting and overseeing audits.
- Management experience and the ability to coach and develop employees.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Analytical, critical, accurate and results-oriented.
