About this vacancy
The Quality Coordinator maintains, improves and safeguards the quality management system, processes and quality standards within Bodycote Hardingscentrum BV. You lead the quality department, oversee quality investigations and work with production, customers and internal and external parties on continuous improvement.
What will you do?
- Maintaining, improving and safeguarding the quality management system
- Monitoring compliance with the quality policy
- Managing the quality department on a daily basis
- Carrying out and commissioning quality checks and procedures
- Analysing quality problems and overseeing investigations into non-conformities
- Implementing improvement actions for quality and efficiency
- Applying FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, PSW and MSA
- Developing the quality department towards operational excellence together with the Plant Manager and other departments
What do they ask?
- Secondary vocational education plus (MBO+) or higher professional education (HBO) qualification in a technical, quality-related or comparable field
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Experience of and knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Experience with FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, PSW and MSA
- Experience with audits, quality investigations and problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Why
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Navision or SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Good command of Dutch, German and English
- Accurate, analytical and independent approach to work, with strong communication and coaching skills
