The Quality Assurance Manager at Loparex B.V. is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system in Apeldoorn. You lead QA and QC, manage quality processes and have ultimate responsibility for the release of manufactured products.
What will you do?
- Leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.
- Developing and implementing plans to reduce quality losses.
- Assessing and improving inspection and testing procedures.
- Identifying, isolating and analysing non-conforming products.
- Overseeing the inspection and testing of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
- Managing document control, audits, CAPAs, non-conformities, risk management and product releases.
- Acting as process owner for the complaints process and quality-related meetings.
- Carrying out quality checks, witness audits and coordinating training plans.
What do they ask?
- You work and think at higher professional education (HBO) or HBO+ level.
- A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or comparable experience is an advantage.
- You have at least five years’ experience in a managerial role within a production-oriented organisation.
- You have knowledge of statistical techniques, SPC, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- You have knowledge of ISO standards and GMP guidelines.
- You are persuasive and persistent.
- You have good communication skills for consultation with internal and external customers.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
