About this vacancy
Vencomatic Group is looking for a Quality Officer to monitor and improve the quality of operational processes. You will investigate quality deviations, report on them and support improvement initiatives together with production, logistics and other departments.
What will you do?
- Monitoring the quality of operational processes
- Identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement
- Investigating quality issues and analysing root causes
- Supporting the implementation of structural improvement measures
- Preparing quality reports
- Sharing quality insights with relevant colleagues and departments
- Working with production, logistics and other stakeholders
- Initiating and supporting improvement initiatives for product, process and production quality
What do they ask?
- Secondary vocational education (MBO) level 4 working and thinking ability
- Relevant work experience in a quality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of quality management systems and applicable quality standards
- Understanding of production and logistics processes and quality risks
- Analytical ability to translate data and deviations into improvement actions
- Accuracy and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
