About this vacancy
The Strategic HSE Coordinator works within Enexis to ensure a safe workplace and the safe implementation of the energy transition. You coach and advise management, coordinate safety improvements, investigate incidents and encourage the application of HSE principles throughout the organisation.
What will you do?
- Translating and implementing the safety strategy into location-specific improvement objectives and implementation plans.
- Coaching and advising management, colleagues and teams on health, safety and the environment.
- Analysing safety issues, trends and unsafe situations.
- Independently investigating incidents and unsafe situations in accordance with Enexis methodologies.
- Contributing as lead investigator to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintaining relationships with KAM colleagues at contractors.
- Carrying out building-related RI&E with the HSE location manager.
- Coordinating, evaluating and improving safety within the location.
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in safety management or HVK.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage colleagues with different levels of education.
- Strong analytical ability to identify trends and implement improvements.
- You are proficient in Dutch.
