About this vacancy
As a Quality Services Adviser, you advise the management and colleagues of Strukton Wegen & Beton on quality, processes and compliance. You assess processes, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and translate developments in legislation and regulations into practice. In addition, you focus on circularity, CO2 reduction and quality issues within the asphalt industry.
What will you do?
- Advising on quality, processes and compliance
- Assessing processes and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Advising on pavement structures during tenders and procurement procedures
- Advising on asphalt mixtures in relation to circularity and MKI issues
- Participating in meetings on circularity and CO2 issues in the asphalt industry
- Reporting on the activities and progress of the quality services department
- Supporting complaints handling and improvement actions
- Working with management, teams and external parties
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) qualification in quality management or asphalt technology, or equivalent practical experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of asphalt technology and legislation and regulations within the RAW system
- Analytical and process-oriented approach
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Independent, proactive and able to build connections
- Willing to work nationally from various offices
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
