Within a construction and engineering organisation, the QHSE Coordinator is the subject-matter contact for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment. The role focuses on managing and professionalising the QHSE management system, carrying out audits and inspections, and supporting external audits and certifications.
What will you do?
- Managing and further professionalising the QHSE management system
- Translating legislation and regulations into workable processes
- Carrying out and supporting internal audits, workplace inspections and RI&E assessments
- Preparing for and supporting external audits and certifications
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Initiating improvement actions
- Advising colleagues on working with an awareness of quality and safety
- Engaging colleagues in working with an awareness of quality and safety
What do they ask?
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
- You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) qualification
