About this vacancy
Hakkers is looking for a Quality Coordinator to maintain, update and improve management systems within civil engineering projects involving water construction. You will carry out internal audits, support external audits and work with colleagues on quality, environmental and sustainability improvements and on safeguarding certifications.
What will you do?
- Maintaining, updating and improving management systems.
- Carrying out internal audits and supporting external audits.
- Keeping records of legislation and regulations.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction surveys and improvement measures arising from projects.
- Preparing annual management reviews and records relating to energy, material use and non-conformities.
- Developing, managing and updating process diagrams with process owners.
- Visiting projects to assess developments and action points relating to quality and the environment.
- Working with colleagues to achieve improvements and safeguard certifications.
What do they ask?
- You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree in a relevant field.
- You have approximately three years of relevant work experience.
- For example, you have a background in business administration, integrated safety or environmental sciences.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
- You are interested in quality, the environment and sustainability.
- You work accurately and communicate clearly.
- You take a proactive approach to safety and the environment.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
