About this vacancy
The Quality Manager QC develops, implements and monitors quality management within Daiwa House Modular Europe, for both residential construction and Jan Snel’s rental fleet. The role combines strategic quality policy with visibility on the shop floor and focuses on process improvement, change programmes and strengthening quality awareness.
What will you do?
- Developing, implementing and monitoring quality policy
- Leading improvement programmes and management-of-change programmes
- Analysing deviations, incidents and complaints
- Translating analyses into structural improvements
- Supporting departments with process optimisation and the implementation of standards
- Coaching and developing quality employees
- Promoting quality awareness within the organisation
- Contributing to a safe working environment
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or construction-related field
- At least five years’ relevant work experience in quality, process improvement or quality management
- Experience in a management role
- Analytical and goal-oriented ability
- Natural powers of persuasion and the ability to create support
- Ability to switch between strategic and operational levels
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
