About this vacancy
As a QHSE Professional, you will work in Emmen on quality control within a high-tech production environment for sectors including aviation, chip manufacturing equipment and medical technology. You will inspect products, carry out measurements and first article inspections, manage quality documentation and take part in internal audits and improvement projects.
What will you do?
- Inspecting products and monitoring quality in accordance with established requirements
- Studying drawings, product requirements and measurement and inspection instructions
- Carrying out in-process and final inspections using CMM machines
- Interpreting measurement results and programming measurement programmes
- Carrying out visual and manual inspections and first article inspections
- Collecting, checking and completing documentation
- Processing products with deviations
- Organising the calibration of measuring equipment and carrying out internal audits
What do they ask?
- Completed secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) in a relevant field, such as laboratory technology, process technology, food technology or mechanical engineering
- Experience in quality control in the metalworking sector
- Experience with digital measurement and data processing systems
- Experience working in measurement rooms
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail
- You use your analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions
- You can switch between tasks effectively and maintain an overview of several tasks at the same time
- You have a good command of Dutch
